AD5764SSUZ-EP-RL7 Overview


As part of the 32-TQFP package, it is included. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. FPGAs belonging to the iCMOS? series are a type of FPGA that belong to the iCMOS? series of FPGAs. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -55°C~125°C range at all times when the unit is in use. There is an FPGA model contained in Tape & Reel (TR) in order to conserve space. In order to find related parts, use the part number AD5764 as a base. In this case, 32 pins are used in the design. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. There are a total of 32 pins on this device. The maximum supply voltage it supports is 5.25V. It is able to work with the minimal supply voltage of 2.7V.
