AD5761RBCPZ-RL7 Overview
It is supplied in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 15V. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~125°C range at all times when the unit is in use. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). 16 terminations are present in total. In order to find related parts, use the part number AD5761 as a base. I think, as long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could perform excellently according to its specifications as long as you mount it in Surface Mount. Featuring 16 pins in total, it is a versatile device. It can accept a maximum voltage of 30V volts as a supply voltage. As long as the supply voltage is at least 4.75V, it is able to work properly.
