AD5761BCPZ-RL7 Overview
This package is included in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and is available for purchase. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 15V volts needs to be provided. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C when operating. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR). As a whole, it has 16 terminations.
