AD5691RBCPZ-RL7 Overview


As part of the 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, it is included. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. An FPGA belonging to the nanoDAC+? series is referred to as an FPGA. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~105°C while the machine is operating. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR). There are a total of 8 terminations. Related parts can be found by using its base part number AD5691.
