AD5683RBCPZ-RL7 Overview


As part of the 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, it is included. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. The nanoDAC+? series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the nanoDAC+? family of FPGAs. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~105°C range at all times when the unit is in use. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR).
