AD5675RACPZ-RL Overview
It is supplied in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Supply voltage is 3V volts. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. There are many types of FPGAs in the nanoDAC+? series, this is one of them. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~125°C when the device is operating. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, there are a total of 20 terminations on it. AD5675 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. In order to make it work, 20 pins have been designed.
