In the package 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP, this product is provided. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. An FPGA belonging to the nanoDAC+? series is referred to as an FPGA. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~125°C range at all times when the unit is in use. It is designed to maximiTape & Reel (TR)e space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape & Reel (TR). As a whole, it has 20 terminations. Its base part number AD5672 can be used to find related parts. In this case, 16 pins are used in the design.
