AD5667RBRMZ-1 Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and X package. Supply voltage is 5V volts. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the nanoDAC? series of FPGAs. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~105°C. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tube for the sake of space saving. It is designed with 10 terminations. AD5667 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. The device has 10 pins which are included in the design. There is a 3/5V power supply that is required to operate it. A total of 10 pins are included in this device. It can accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V volts as a supply voltage. It is able to work with the minimal supply voltage of 2.7V.
