AD5629RBCPZ-1-RL7 Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. FPGAs belonging to the denseDAC series are a type of FPGA that belong to the denseDAC series of FPGAs. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~105°C when operating the machine. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. It is designed with 16 terminations. In order to find related parts, use the part number AD5629 as a base. In this case, there are 16 pins on the board. A total of 16 pins are included in this device.
