AD5627RBCPZ-R2 Overview


It is supplied in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5V volts needs to be provided. There is a Other Converters family component in this FPGA part. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. FPGAs belonging to the nanoDAC? series are a type of FPGA that belong to the nanoDAC? series of FPGAs. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C when operating. There is an FPGA model contained in Tape & Reel (TR) in order to conserve space. In total, it has 10 terminations on each end. In order to find related parts, use the part number AD5627 as a base. In this case, there are 10 pins on the board. I think, as long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could perform excellently according to its specifications as long as you mount it in Surface Mount.
