AD5625BCPZ-R2 Overview
This package is included in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and is available for purchase. Supply voltage is 5V volts. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. There are many types of FPGAs in the nanoDAC? series, this is one of them. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~105°C. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR).
