AD5602YKSZ-2REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package and X package. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the nanoDAC? seies. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~125°C when operating the machine. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR). In order to find related parts, use the part number AD5602 as a base. This cable has 6 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 125°C.
