AD5547CRUZ-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~125°C while the machine is operating. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR).
