AD5541AACPZ-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. This FPGA part belongs to the family of Other Converters. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~125°C when operating the machine. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. The total number of terminations is 10.
