AD5439YRUZ-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and X package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 3V volts needs to be provided. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~125°C range at all times when the unit is in use.
