AD5433YCPZ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~125°C. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. As a whole, it has 20 terminations. You can find related parts by using the part number AD5433, which is its base part number. The device has 20 pins which are included in the design. It is powered by a 3/5V battery, which can be purchased separately. A total of 20 pins are included in this device. The maximum supply voltage it supports is 5.5V. As long as the supply voltage is at least 2.5V, it is able to work properly.
