AD5424YCPZ Overview


This package is included in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and is available for purchase. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~125°C range. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. Total terminations are 20. Design engineers can fully take advantage of its flexibility when operating at 5V supply voltage. With a total of 20 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security.
