AD5410AREZ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and X package. 15V volts power it. Other Converters family FPGA part. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~85°C.
