AD5398ABCBZ-REEL7 Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 9-UFBGA, WLCSP package and X package. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -30°C~85°C range. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. Related parts can be found by using its base part number AD5398. 9 pins are designed into the device. This module is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 85°C. Over -30°C should be the operating temperature. There is a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V that is supported by this product. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, it is able to function. The supplier of the device package is 9-WLCSP (1.52 x 1.69).
