AD5313RBCPZ-RL7 Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. An FPGA belonging to the nanoDAC? series is referred to as an FPGA. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C when operating. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR). The total number of terminations is 16. Its base part number AD5313 can be used to find parts that are related to it. In this case, 16 pins are used in the design. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications. In order for it to work, it requires a 3/5V power supply. There are a total of 16 pins on this device. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V.
