AD5311BRMZ-REEL Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~105°C when operating the machine. There is an FPGA model contained in Tape & Reel (TR) in order to conserve space.
