ABNTC-0805-473J-4150F-T Overview
There is a package of a Tape & Reel (TR) in which NTC thermistors can be found. The 0805 (2012 Metric) package includes it for convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function correctly. Set NTC thermistors to -55°C~125°C for reliable performance. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 200mW of power. If the thermistors are operated at 200μA, the fuse element will not deteriorate too much.
