NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). For convenience, it is included in the 0805 (2012 Metric) package. As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -55°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. A NTC thermistors is capable of dissipating a maximum of 200mW of power. As long as the fuse element remains intact, the maximum current of the NTC thermistors can be 900μA.
