ABNTC-0805-103J-3950F-T Overview


NTC thermistors are packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). The package 0805 (2012 Metric) includes it for convenience. A NTC thermistor's resistance tolerance is ±5% in order to work. Ensure reliable performance by setting the temperature of NTC thermistors to -55°C~125°C. Temperatures below 125°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -55°C. A NTC thermistor can set a maximum power of 200mW. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 200mW of power. If the thermistors are operated at 440μA, the fuse element will not deteriorate too much.
