In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), NTC thermistors are contained. 0805 (2012 Metric) includes it as a convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. If you wish to ensure reliable performance, you should set the temperature of NTC thermistors to -55°C~125°C. The maximum operating temperature of NTC thermistors is 125°C. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -55°C for relibility reasons. The NTC thermistors are capable of setting a maximum power of 200mW. An NTC thermistor can dissipate a maximum of 200mW. A maximum current of 400μA can be applied to the NTC thermistors without causing too much damage to the fuse element.
