ABNTC-0603-223J-4050F-T Overview
Thermistors manufactured by NTC are packaged as Tape & Reel (TR). It is included in the 0603 (1608 Metric) package for your convenience. NTC thermistors are required to have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function. Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -55°C~125°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. The maximum operating temperature of 125°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. Thermistors featuring NTC technology can be operated at temperatures down to -55°C for reliability. The thermistors set their maximum power to 100mW. There is a maximum power dissipation of 100mW for NTC thermistors. NTC thermistors are capable of carrying a maximum current of 210μA without deteriorating excessively.
