A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to operate. Setting the NTC thermistors' temperature to -55°C~125°C is the best way to ensure reliable performance. A NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating 100mW of power. NTC thermistors are capable of carrying a maximum current of 670μA without deteriorating excessively.
