ABNTC-0603-135J-4700F-T Overview


Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. It is included in 0603 (1608 Metric) as a convenience. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~125°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. The NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW to operate. If the maximum current of the NTC thermistors is 20μA, the fuse element will not be adversely affected.
