ABNTC-0603-103J-3950F-T Overview


A NTC thermistor comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 0603 (1608 Metric) package includes it for convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function correctly. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~125°C for reliable performance. With a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, NTC thermistors operate reliably. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be used at a temperature of -55°C in order to ensure reliability. The NTC thermistors can set a maximum power of 100mW. Thermistors manufactured by NTC are capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power. The NTC thermistors can handle 330μA current without too much damage.
