ABNTC-0402-154J-4150F-T Overview
There is a package of a Tape & Reel (TR) in which NTC thermistors can be found. The 0402 (1005 Metric) package includes it for convenience. A NTC thermistor's resistance tolerance is ±5% in order to work. Temperature -55°C~125°C should be set on NTC thermistors for reliable performance. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power. It is possible for NTC thermistors to run at a constant current all the way down to 80μA without deteriorating the fuse element too much.
