Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, HCSL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 125MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. As long as there are 1.7V~1.9V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
