Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Providing a maximum frequency of 100MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. Clock is designed for clock generator's output.
