As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape and Reel method. This clock generator is embedded in the SOIC package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. 133MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are 16 pins on the frequency generator that are available for use. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of 0°C operations. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 70°C with attenuated performance. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 5V SUPPLY for better clock signal output. At 0.25 ns Max, this clock generator offers low timing skew. 8 high true output enable pins are available on this clock generator. It is unacceptable to supply this clock PLL with a voltage higher than 5.5V. This RF synthesizer can handle voltages as low as 2.97V.
