As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 4.4GHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
