This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 4.4GHz.
