As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. A clock generator's input is called HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDSM, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 1GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL works with 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage provided. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
