This clock generator is embedded in the BGA package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There is a Clock PLL called LVDS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 644.53MHz maximum. In this IC, a 80-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. The frequency synthesizer has 80 pins that are available. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 3.3V as its supply voltage. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 3 signal outputs. A PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuit uses this time clock generator as its main component. In order for it to fully perform time clock generator's functions, it needs a supply current of 880mA.
