It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An upper frequency limit of 1GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel.
