The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1GHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.375V~3.465V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with LVCMOS, LVPECL logic levels. A member of the FemtoClock? NG series, this electronic component is made of plastic.
