The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 156.25MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 2.375V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C.
