In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. 156.25MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. A member of the FemtoClock? NG series, this electronic component is made of plastic.
