In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 312.5MHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVPECL logic levels. FemtoClock? NG series electronic parts are used in this part.
