The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 156.25MHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As long as you provide 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. This is a clock generator compatible with LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. FemtoClock? NG series electronic parts are included in this product.
