In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 156.25MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There are 2.375V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A member of the FemtoClock?
