In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 156.25MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.375V~3.465V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with LVPECL logic levels. This clock generator is a member of FemtoClock? NG series.
