Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 644.53MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There should be 2.375V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
