8T49N004A-002NLGI Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 500MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with LVDS logic levels. The FemtoClock? NG series includes this electronic part.
