This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. CML, LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 1.6GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock PLL works with 2.375V~3.8V supply voltage provided.
