87973DYILFT Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the TQFP package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 52 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 125MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. There is a maximum voltage of 3.465V for this clock generator. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 52 pins. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 85°C.
