Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape and Reel. A Clock PLL is included with the LQFP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 52 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input.
